Testimonials

Lives touched by this ministry.

People often reply to Pastor Patterson’s prayers that touch their hearts. A few of those comments are captured here.

Jeremiah

Very true! I think this is a message that gets lost in about 90% of churches these days along with a lot of other biblical messages. I find so many lead astray by the soft messages their churches feed them.Thank you for including me in these, I do read them and appreciate.

Pat

Thank you for sharing God's words each morning and your prayer with us. I am amazed how often your thoughts are my thoughts. You are so much younger than me and yet you think about things I think about. Growing older and seeing our body deteriorating can be devastating if we don't keep our eyes on God's promise to us through Jesus Christ. We are so blessed. Thank you for reminding us each day.

Mary

I listened to the sermon The Lord's Prayer that God enabled you to preach on and I’m still in awe. Holy Spirit lifted my soul to this. Do you have the sermon and notes? It was so powerful.  I didn't realize how little understanding I have. I've always known the Our Father prayer since we had to memorize when I was younger during my upbringing as a Catholic. Lives being touched thru the sharing of the gospel.

Judy

This was so appropriate for us today as we head up to Minnesota to visit our parents. They are all in their 90s with varying degrees of health. I had prayed for patience in dealing with them earlier this morning, and I was thinking of ALL the things they did for me in my life of 71 years. Then your prayer came, and the Holy Spirit reinforced my heart.

Nanette

I was excited to read your prayer this morning, Pastor. The reason I was excited is that this morning I woke up wanting to learn more about the Holy Spirit.
When my sister passed, I seemed to feel her presents on occasion. One day when I felt she was sitting next to me in the car, I said out load, "Please let me know you are with me and that I am not going crazy". At that moment I stopped at a red light, I looked up and there was a white dove sitting on the pole to the red light. At that very instant, I had chills. Six months later, the morning my father passed I had a clear dream that my sister was laughing and it was unclear why, then my dad appeared before her and they started hugging. I instantly woke up, went in the kitchen and saw it was 2:00am. I went back to bed feeling such a peace. The phone rang about 30 to 40 minutes later, Gary anwsered the hospital’s call that Dad had passed.
I was getting ready to go to the hospital, Gary had just ran to the store, he called me on the phone to tell me to hurry and look out of the kitchen window. There sat a pure white dove blocking the driveway where Gary was trying to park. Instantly, I was filled with every emotion...peace, love, joy. I grabbed my phone and took a picture.
I had never seen a pure white dove in nature before or after those two events.
This morning I read Matthew 3:16 ...the Holy Spirit takes form of a dove and decends upon Jesus. Also, Luke 3:22 The heavens opened, and the Holy Spirit decended on Him in the form of a dove.
Now I read the last sentence of your prayer and feel that peace again.
My apologies for the long comment, but the Holy Spirit moved me to tell you my story:)

This is so timely and so needed. Thank you for this reminder, the encouragement and your ministry.
