Dear Jesus,
Having met you in my soul I am a changed person. I used to think I was "hot stuff" by myself. Sometimes I also used to think I was a loser. I was always bouncing between the two. Now, I know I'm a "special edition," creation of your father, a child of God who has the "Supreme Being" watching his every move and has a destiny that is out of this world. I am settled, purposed and fulfilled. Therefore, I live in a constant state of thankfulness all because of you. You rescued me from the land of the lost and helped me immigrate to the land of peace, faith, love and hope. Help me to live in this gratitude mindset always. I want to live out the joy of salvation even in the most challenging moments. I cannot do it without you.
